The One-year Thai Visa will allow you to stay for 90 days each entry within a period of one year. If you would like to stay longer than one year, you just have to cross the border or leave Thailand and come back to renew your 90-day stamp.

One-year Non-immigrant Visa Requirements
Now, let’s talk about the requirements for the one-year non-immigrant visa.
- The applicant must be physically present in the country where the application is submitted.
- A passport valid for at least 12 months
- A confirmed travel itinerary to Thailand. One-way ticket is sufficient
- A recent bank statement as proof of sufficient funds
- Supporting documents substantiating the non-immigrant visa application (which will be provided by Siam Legal)

Here’s the process for obtaining the one-year visa.
